This new center in affluent Thousand Oaks includes 50,000 square feet of restaurants and retail boutiques set in a two-acre public park with lush landscaping, a charming children’s play area and a large water feature anchoring the property.

As the senior development executive, Rick Moses supervised the negotiation of the ground lease and all related agreements with the city.  Rick headed up the development team through a very difficult entitlement process and through all phases of design, construction and leasing of the project.
