Americana at Brand is a 900,000 square foot mixed-use development including 475,000 square feet of retail, restaurants and entertainment with 238 apartments and 100 luxury condominiums on a 15.5 acre urban site. This project set a new standard for mixed-use development in cutting edge design, dynamic tenant mix and unparalleled retail and residential amenities. The project was completed in 2008.

As the senior development executive on this project, Rick Moses negotiated agreements with the Redevelopment Agency, oversaw the entitlement process and managed the project team through all phases of planning, financial analysis, design, bidding, leasing and construction. Rick also lead the legal and campaign teams through a complex referendum on the project, with the victory ultimately paving the way for project commencement.
